Loom Batching Motion Unit
The “Inspection Batching Motion” is a winding application, which can be installed on any type of textile air jet looms. It is attached with MS platform and side bracket plates with SS Roll for better handling of production & accurate winding on the fabric roll. It comes with high efficacy of three stage gear motor which ensures uniform wind of crease-less fabric. For better inspection of fabrics it is attached with Large LED lighted Inspection Board with SMPS.

On loom Inspection Unit for clearly Inspect Fabric, Heavy Fabric Roll Dropping System, can we installed Easy Roll Doffing Device, Fabric Accumulator.
Batching Trolley
Pranshi Engineers manufacturer And Exporter these Batching trolleys both in the traditional A – frame design as well as the 114 mm round tube type design. The traditional A – frame is a steel stand in the shape of “A” with the batching roller and round tube type design is a steel tube with the batching roller. Our trolley is used in textile Finishing Plant and supply at nominal price.
